The apartment is located in a building typical of the area, featuring striking architectural details such as stone arches that keep it particularly cool in the summer. The location is ideal: it’s outside the restricted traffic zone (ZTL) on a quiet street, yet just 20 meters from the historic center and a short distance from all points of interest. The Corato train station is a 15-minute walk away.



The 50-square-meter apartment is on the first floor of a building with a separate entrance from the street (please note there is a low step at the entrance).



The interior is laid out as follows:

- LIVING AREA with a dining table, a double sofa bed, a 52-inch smart TV, and a fan coil unit that serves as both a heater and an air conditioner
