This home was perfect for what we needed. Everything about our experience was top notch. Plenty of space for us to relax. Kitchen was well equipped for us to do some cooking. Location was great and close Red Rocks and other places worth exploring. Highly reccomended.

As others have mentioned, the house is wonderfully clean and well stocked. The hostess is very communicative. Had we known that our part of the house cannot be secured from the basement occupants, we would have made different arrangements. The occupants in the basement enter the home through a door from the garage leading to a hallway which gives them two options: enter their secured basement door or enter into the kitchen of the rental space. There is only a curtain separating the kitchen in the rental space from them. Hence, if you’re in the kitchen or living room, they pass through on the other side of this curtain. The lack of a wall or securable door for the rental space is a safety and privacy concern and should be more clearly disclosed in the listing, as the basement occupants can easily gain access to the rented living space. It felt uncomfortable to us, in spite of the amiable hostess.
