Really enjoyed staying in this house. Kitchen was well stocked for when we didn't want to eat out. Easy access to the beach and close to shopping and grocery stores. Had 2 nice outdoor showers to wash up before entering the house from the beach. Owner was very accessible.

House was great. Had more than you could possibly need in the way of supplies in the kitchen, games, and t.v.'s. Great location. Loved the boardwalk, less stairs. Great place would definitely rent it again. Totally had a great time at Gull Watcher.

My family and I stayed a week at this beautiful property and had the best time! There was plenty of space for the 6 of us plus a baby. Edith was super helpful in ensuring we had a pack n play, and made the check in process seamless. The home had plenty of blankets, beach toys under the deck, seating, and lots of kitchen equipment. We did have to buy dishwasher pods and trash bags, but otherwise the home was well-stocked for a week long stay. We made many memories here and hope to come back!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House is very dated especially the bathrooms. Kitchen is redone but has many issues for a large family including no more than 2 people can work in the kitchen at a time. There is no space to put your non perishables which was challenging. The outside showers (yes two) were amazing and the location is great.
