Bedroom # 5 (loft)- 3rd floor- 2 Twin beds in the loft (Inside the bedroom of the Scroll bed)

Bathroom # 1 - First floor blue hallway bathroom with original clawfoot tub and hand-held sprayer, NO SHOWER

Bathroom # 2- 1st floor bathroom Inside downstairs back bedroom. It has a shower/tub combo

Bathroom # 3- 2nd floor hall bathroom with stand-up shower and bench

***We welcome pets (up to 4 total), however there is a $150 fee per pet to bring your furry friends with you. This fee is paid directly to the cleaner****

Please note… we have one camera on the outside of the property in the front of the house.

A code for the smart lock will be given for a contactless entry. Customer is able to access all of the property except a supply closet

We are located 2 blocks from Prince Solms park and Schlitterbahn. We are close distance to several restaurants as well as a short drive to Gruene
