Great location. Well equipped. Calm. Quiet. Lively neighbors and community. Manager super available and responsive. Would stay again hands down.

The property was clean and adequately maintained. Property was close to beach as advertised.

Host should learn to communicate more through email and text instead of constant phone calls. Fantastic area to visit but the apartment is cluttered with unnecessary furniture, furniture is old and worn, hasn’t had a deep cleaning in a long time. Streaming is difficult with SLOW internet and the cheapest 720p tiny tv. Apartment needs maintenance as it is not only unclean but the toilets run, wall switches are broken, smoke alarm in bedroom is disabled, plaster damage in shower due to no exhaust vent, the baseboard trim is in need of painting everywhere and there were ants on the kitchen counter about half the days.
