We stayed for 9 days in June 2026. The host was helpful, answered any questions we had within a few hours. The only down fall for me was the TV situation it said not to sign out of Hulu but someone had done it before our arrival. When we went to try and use our own subscriptions we needed a password. I didn't feel that it was necessary for us to reach out of the host because we stayed out in town most of the time but if someone stays at the house and wants to watch some TV then it could be a issue. The only other issue was the commute to Lido Beach where we like to go when we visit itwas about a 30 minute drive no fault of the owners I knew this before the stay. Definitely recommend for future use. Thanks for the stay the Barkers.

Nice house in a decent neighborhood community. Has a pool that is screened in a nice at night when the sun goes down. TV situation gets quirky. They ask not to sign out their accounts but none were signed in when I arrived. One buddy had a streaming box and that was a good solution for the living room TV. This always seems the case in Vrbo houses, so not calling this one out in particular. If you’re looking for a comfortable place that sleeps many, this one is great.
