Built for groups and families, this 3-bedroom, 3.5-bath home gives every sleeping room its own private bathroom and backs it up with a private 2-car garage — a rare combination in Nashville.
When you've booked a 6-to-8-person trip, the math that matters is bathrooms: here, every bedroom has its own. THINGS TO NOTE
Our nightly rate covers up to 8 guests. Accurate headcount must be confirmed no later than 24 hours before arrival. Max occupancy is firm — we cannot accommodate groups larger than 8.
We welcome potty-trained, well-behaved dogs, up to 2 dogs per stay, for a fee of $25 per night per dog. Dogs must remain on-leash at all times outside the rental. Please let us know ahead of time if you plan to bring pets. (More details in House Rules.)
Guests are required to sign a digital rental agreement within 48 hours (or ASAP if you’re arriving in the next 5 days). Failure to do so may lead to guest-initiated cancellation under the agreed policy.
Standard check-in is 4 PM or later, with check-out at 11 AM. In some cases it may be possible to arrange for earlier check-in or later check-out for an additional fee.
For your safety and ours, there is an actively recording doorbell cam at your entry and a security alarm that we only utilize when the home stands vacant. There are no cameras or recording devices inside the home. For added convenience to our guests, there is an Alexa-enabled bluetooth speaker in the living room.
We are fully permitted and abide by all local and state regulations governing short-term rentals.

Treat the home like it belongs to your favorite aunt and uncle. Clean up after yourself, and leave things as you found them.

No drugs, illegal activity, unregistered guests, or parties. Breaking this rule may result in immediate cancellation with no refund. Let’s not go there.
🚭 No Smoking or Vaping
Smoking or vaping is only allowed outdoors. Absolutely no lighting up indoors or in the garage.
🏘️ Be a Good Neighbor
Keep noise down after dark and save the party vibes for Broadway. Nashville's quiet hours are 11 pm to 7 am.
🐾 Be a Responsible Pet Owner
Up to 2 well-behaved, potty-trained dogs are welcome for $25 each per night—just let us know in advance. Please clean up after your pup and keep furniture pet-free unless covered with your own linens. No other animals allowed.

The property was exactly as represented and it was great having a private bathroom for every room! There were plenty of towels and supplies and when we needed a new lightbulb they were quick to let us know where to find a spare bulb. It was also great to have a secure garage to keep our car in.

This space was perfect for a family gathering at thanksgiving. Love that it is in a gated complex with garage parking.

When we first got there the Alarm kept going off and we had no way of contacting the owner to disarm the alarm.
We called an emergency number listed in the book at the house and left a message. We received a text back that said they disarmed it from their end; and the housekeeper must have set it when she left. Shortly after the police arrived and we had to show them our paperwork proving that we rented it. They warned us that it was not a safe neighborhood and said that we were two blocks away from the projects and that we shouldn't be outside at night. Not a good first impression the walls were super thin, we heard the people next door all night and it kept some of us awake, at one point I thought someone was smoking pot in our unit because it seeped through the walls so badly. The property was fairly new, but some of the furniture was old and dirty. I think my over all issue was that it wasn't very clean. They charge for a cleaning service; however, it was obvious that they don't take the time to actually clean. I went to plug my phone in next to the bed and the nightstand was dusty and sticky. The soap dispensers in the bathroom had green mold around them, the bath matt was dirty, just small touches of gross in each room. They only gave 6 towels no extra towels, and you only get two garbage bags. It was ok to stay this time, but I don't know what it will be like for guests as the property gets older and things get more worn.

Townhouse was as advertised, 3 stories, 3 bedrooms, 3 and a half bathrooms. Very comfortable living area. Well appointed kitchen, pans could have been better. Keurig with plenty of coffee, was a nice touch. Beds were comfortably hard for me, my wife prefers softer, but they were all nice. Overall a great place to get away from the hustle and bustle of Broadway.
