Over over 1400 sq. feet of living space, "PLAYA BLANCA" has easy access to the beach and the Pointe West Beach Club. This spacious second floor beach front condo is the perfect place to take the family and relax for a beach getaway. Enjoy wonderful ocean views as well as beautiful sunrises from your private shaded balcony.
This condo offers: king bed in the master bedroom, 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and 3rd bedroom features two sets of bunk beds (both are twin over full). Sleeps 9 comfortably. 2 High-Def LED TV's, WIFI, living room nicely decorated, fully equipped kitchen, everything you need for a great vacation!
A storage locker is provided with this unit.
Pointe West Beach Club Access (Optional)
The Pointe West Beach Club is a privately owned facility offering resort-style amenities for guests who choose to purchase access. The resort fee is $25 per person (ages 4+) per stay, with a limit of three amenity bands per bedroom.
Amenities include:
* Beach Club pool and seasonally heated Bayside pool with lazy river
* Hot tubs
* Basketball and pickleball courts
* Modest game/exercise room
Access process:
* The Beach Club will send an invoice directly to you.
* After payment, wristbands can be picked up at the Beach Club Office (open daily, 9 AM–5 PM).
* The resort fee is nonrefundable; purchasing closer to your arrival is recommended.
Important information:
We manage the rental home only and do not oversee the Beach Club, its amenities, restaurant, pools, beach access, or elevators. Refunds or cancellations are not provided for closures or operational issues.
* Check in: 4 PM
* Check out: 10 AM
* Guests may enjoy the beach and Beach Club amenities before check-in and after check-out with wristband purchase.
* Condos are accessible by stairs and have one elevator per building. If the elevator experiences an outage, you will be required to take the stairs. Elevators should not be relied upon for guests with disabilities or other limitations.
* Minimum age requirement: 26+
* No prom, graduation, or high school groups, even with chaperones.
CANCELLATION/CHANGE POLICY:
* 31+ Days Before Arrival — You may change your dates (but the price might change), or you may cancel for a full refund minus a $100 fee and any travel‑insurance premium you bought.
* 30 Days or Less — No refunds and no date changes, no matter the reason — including weather or unexpected events.
Travel Insurance — Offered at booking. Helps protect you from losses due to unexpected events. Important because hurricane season is June–November.
Storm & Cancellation Policies — Additional details are in the rental agreement and should be reviewed carefully.

Everything excelllent except the refrigerator ice maker was broken and the washing machine would not complete a cycle due to sub being out of balance dluring spin.

Very clean. We've stayed at Pointe West over 6 times, one of our favorite condos so far!

The properties a great location next to the pool. Checking was easy and got lots of immediate feedback via text messages, which is way nice.
The AC vents need some sort of adjusting because it cools unevenly in the bedrooms versus the main living area not kidding it was 68° in the bedroom and 74 in the living area.
I understand that many condos don’t provide beach towels, but that would’ve been a nice amenity to have.
The ceiling over the porch facing the beach needs some kilz from a leak prior.
The microwave has a touch of rust inside and is missing the vent cover plate on the outside.
Beds were super comfortable, and I love the pillows.
