Large and comfortable villa with heated pool in Moraira, Costa Blanca, Spain for 6 persons. The house is situated in a residential beach area, close to restaurants and bars and supermarkets, at 500 m from Cala Andrago beach and at 0,5 km from Mediterráneo. The house has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The accommodation offers privacy, a beautiful lawned garden with gravel and trees and a wonderful heated pool. Its comfort and the vicinity of the beach, places to shop, sports activities, entertainment facilities, places to go out, sights and culture make this a fine villa to spend your holidays in Spain with family or friends.

This will be a bit of a mixed review so I'll try to break it in to sections.Villa - Generally huge and lovely, but definitely needs some care and attention as it is a bit unkept in areas like lights out, door frame broken, handle fell off a door , just lots of little things really. Also very strange that cots were left in bedrooms which could be a traumatic experience for some!Pool - Couldn't use this due to it needing over a week to heat and hadn't been told this prior to arrival. It also has a number of tiles missing making it look scruffy. Felt a bit let down by this aspect.Area - the location is great for the supermarket being so close and a number of restaurant and rocky coast areas to sit and overlook. Not a huge choice though and kind of quite a walk to a larger choice of places to eat/drink. Rental Company - I would not rent from this company again, while I liked the little touch of the welcome pack... it is extremely frustrating having no one to contact outside of 9-5 Mon-Fri (except in extreme safety cases) We arrived at 5.30pm on a Friday so had to wait all weekend to ask about the pool. There were also A/C units controls not working, so we had to go and buy batteries ourselves. I don't feel they do a very good job in maintaining the villa and there is not great communication after check in - but prior to check in they seem on the ballHaving said all that - it is all FINE and we enjoyed our holiday overall. We had hired a car so were able to go and explore.
