Perfect location! We had everything we needed for our stay including beach chairs, umbrellas, full stocked kitchen, washer and dryer! Would def stay here again!

Our stay was great. You are right in the middle of all the restaurants, shops and a short walk to the beach. Loved walking over to the pier in the morning and seeing all of the marine life in the water. We have been to see the Blue Angels fly many times but the deck on the 4the floor was the best vantage point I have ever had! The house was spotless when we arrived and the kitchen is well stocked with utensils and dishes and it was great having a second fridge in the garage. Loved the elevator!! The kitchen had a few loose cabinet doors and the mattresses were not great but overall we all had a fantastic time and would rent again.

We just spent a week at this beach house, and it was perfectly located — right across the street from the beach and within walking distance to the pier, shopping, bars, and more. We were a group of 12 (5 adults and 7 teenagers), and the 5‐bedroom home was comfortable and spacious enough for all of us. My family and I have been visiting Pensacola Beach for the last three years, and it has truly become our favorite beach getaway — family‐oriented, safe, and with friendly people everywhere. <3
