Whether you're here to unwind after a day of exploring or to enjoy the vibrant Branson entertainment scene, our condo promises comfort, style, and convenience. Kick off your boots and relax in the cozy living area, complete with modern furnishings and decor that reflects the spirit of the West
STOCKED ITEMS:
Each property is furnished with a starter kit of toiletries and kitchen supplies, aimed at meeting your basic needs during your stay. Should you require additional items not listed below, or if you are accommodating a large group or planning an extended stay, you will need to provide these items yourself.
Kitchen: Cooking and baking essentials, Coffee, Sugar, Coffee Filters, Salt, Pepper, Potholders, Dish Soap, Dishwasher Pods, Hand Soap, Kitchen Hand Towels, Dishcloths, Paper Towels, Trash Bags
Toiletries: Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, towels, toilet paper, trash bags, makeup wipes, tissues.
All linens and laundry detergent are provided.
Guest Access:
**Parking: No trailers, boats, jet skis, campers, motorhomes, etc. can be parked in the complex. They will be ticketed and towed by The Vineyards HOA.
Other Things to Note:
**Parking: No trailers, boats, jet skis, campers, motorhomes, etc. can be parked in the complex. They will be ticketed and towed by The Vineyards HOA.
**Minimum booking age is 21.
**The seasonal outdoor pool at this location is maintained by The Vinyards Maintenance team, please be advised that their team can close the area for routine maintenance at any time without notice. Therefore, we cannot guarantee the pool to be open at all times during in season hours, but we assure you that their team works quickly and diligently to have the areas opened back up as soon as possible. We do not issue refunds for amenity closures. Thanks for your understanding.
**Seasonal Outdoor pool is typically open from Memorial day to Labor day, this is an approximate timeframe and is managed by the Vineyards HOA.
**Pool hours are 9am - 10pm.

Great place and great hosts! This is our second time staying in one of Freedom’s properties and we’re never disappointed. The location is away from the busy parts of town, yet still only a short drive to most of the attractions. Thanks for a great stay!

This was a very neat n clean 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house. Very close to Branson but away from the traffic sound. Had a full kitchen area plus all the utensils you needed to cook a full meal.

Place was clean, could use some newer furniture that isn't peeling. We wasn't able to watch tv in the living room or master bedroom due to not having remotes. Contacted the owners and was told an maintenance order had been requested, but it was never taken care of.
