Unwind in style at Urban Oasis, a spacious three-bedroom home right in Des Moines. With a year-round hot tub, a seasonal pool with its own tiki bar, and room for up to 9 guests, it's the ultimate group getaway — just minutes from downtown, Gray's Lake, and the East Village.

The Space

Three comfortable bedrooms sleep up to nine, with a king bed, a queen bed, and four single beds. A full bathroom plus a convenient half bath off the pool and patio, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a relaxed living room give your group plenty of room to spread out, cook, and gather. Central air conditioning, fresh linens, and the everyday essentials are all provided.

Outdoor Living

The backyard is built for relaxing and making memories — soak in the year-round hot tub in any season, or cool off in the seasonal pool and kick back at the tiki bar all summer long. Please note: the pool is open seasonally, typically late May through mid-September. For 2026, the pool is open through September 14 and is closed for the year after that date. The hot tub stays open in all seasons.

The Location

You're just minutes from the best of Des Moines: Gray's Lake Park for walking, paddling, and skyline views; the East Village for dining and shopping; the Downtown Farmers' Market on Saturday mornings; and quick access to everything the city has to offer.
