Renovated apartment of 70 sq.m., located on the 1st floor of an historic building protected by Italian Ministry of Culture, with independent access door from a small and pedestrian street. The low ceiling, typical of this type of apartments called "mezzanini", give it a charm and make it welcoming.
From the window, in the main bedroom, the apartment offer to visitors, a special view on the street that runs through the history of the renaissance Rome.
Family-run with years of experience.
Careful cleaning and sanitation. Bed linen and towels are provided by a professional laundry. Washed at high temperature and sanitized.
A few wooden steps lead to the apartment level.
Two bedrooms with a standard queen size bed (1.90x1.60 cm) no convertible in single bed, memory mattresses e pillows.
Two bathroom with a shower and bidet.
Lliving room with fully equipped kitchen corner (fridge, toaster, oven, electric fires, electric kettle), table and chairs.
Double sofa bed (french size) in the living room it is perfect for two children or yungs. We do not suggest it for adults.
The apartment is perfect for 4 people .
Flat TV - A/C and heating in the bedrooms and living room.
Loundromat 1 minutes from the apartment.
Luggage deposit 1 minute from the apartment.
WiFi free and fast connection.

Location couldn't be better. There are plenty of restaurants and gelato shops nearby. There are two good restaurants downstairs. Check in was easy and Olivia was quick to respond to any messages and very accommodating. The air conditioning in the two bedrooms and common area was so nice during our June trip. Place has lots of character due to age, lower ceilings, supports but this was not a problem for us at all, we found it charming.

We loved our stay here to celebrate our 25th Anniversary! The location is fantastic! It was close to markets, laundry, pharmacy, restaurants right downstairs. We felt like we were living like a local. The beds were comfortable. The area is very quaint. Our host was very helpful with suggestions to enjoy the area. We will mention that our friends didnt have consistent hot water in their shower. You have to take into consideration that when staying like a local, these are old buildings. Our host mentioned they had put in a new boiler. We had no issues with hot water in our shower, but we ended up sharing our shower with our friends because she couldn't get a plumber out in time before we were leaving.This didnt ruin our trip, but just know quirks can come with staying in an older building.We would DEFINITELY stay here again.

Very difficult to locate the apartment. Even the taxi driver couldn’t find it and just dropped us at the corner. The apartment is located at an alley behind a restaurant. Good insulated windows from noice at main street but very noisy from above floor, and those neighbors enjoy loud music until midnight!
No soap in the bathrooms !!! Just ONE tiny package of body wash P/p for 3 days we stayed there.
Very low ceilings, not good for told people!
The location was great !! Walkable to main attractions in Rome.
You have to take your garbage out every day!!!
