The Tomahawk Lodge experience is a comfortable in-town, combined 5200+ square foot Duplex in the Warriors Mark Area of Breckenridge. Located in a pretty residential location and nestled among Pine & Aspen trees, the neighborhood is quiet but within easy reach of the ski lifts on the Free town shuttle which picks up nearby. It is a pleasant and easy 15 minute stroll to Main Street and Downtown Breckenridge.
HOUSE AMENITIES & LEISURE FACILITIES:
Tomahawk combines two , spacious and comfortable family homes, with excellent leisure facilities, that has been finished with wood detail and abounds with Native American, South Western and Colorado Style Art. The homes boasts a lounge/great room with a 42' LCD TV, formal dining for up to 20 and three well equipped kitchens, one with granite counter tops. The fabulous leisure facilities include: a private outdoor hot tub, sauna, pool table, Hi speed Wireless internet access; ping pong and Foosball tables, Dart Board, a big selection of board games, books, and DVDs, plus a gaming table with Roulette, Poker, Blackjack and Craps .
There is a two Car Garage with parking for up to another 8-10 vehicles in the driveways, a good sized fenced yard and several large Sunny Decks with Gas Grill and Patio furniture. (summer)

Queen bed plus day bed and trundle, LCD TV, private Bath/Shower, vanity sink and WC (across hallway). Covered patio access.
Room 2: *The 'Cowboy' Queen* -
Queen Log bed and single log bed. LCD TV/DVR, En-suite Bath/Shower, twin vanity sinks and WC. Covered Patio access
Room 3: *The 'Southwest King' Room* -
King Four poster bed with additional day bed and trundle. LCD TV. Shower room with WC, sink and Sauna (adjacent).
Room 4 : *The 'Lodge' Suite Studio * -
Fully self contained Studio apartment with cathedral ceilings, Queen Aspen Log bed, leather sofa Wood burning stove, LCD TV, small kitchen, washer, dryer, Twin vanity sinks and en-suite bathroom with jacuzzi bath/Shower and WC. Large Sunny deck with both interior and exterior access for added privacy.
Room 4A: *'Americana Loft '*
Small Loft room with single raised bed.(please note this room is fully enclosed with a door, but does not have a window) and is located next to the Lodge Suite
Room 5: *The 'Roxy' Room* -
Queen Aspen Log bed with additional day bed and trundle. LCD TV/DVD. Private Bath/Shower, twin vanity sinks and WC (across hallway).
Room 6: *The 'Buffalo' Twin Room* -
2 Single beds, LCD TV, VCR, en-suite Bath/Shower, twin vanity sinks and WC.
Room 7/7A: *The 'Romance' Master Suite* -
Stunning 2 bedroom luxury Master Suite with King bed, cathedral ceilings, 2 Decks, walk in closet, LCD TV, separate bedroom with single day bed. En-suite, luxurious marble bathroom with over sized jacuzzi tub, WC, twin vanity sinks and separate, large 2 person shower.
In total there are 9 separate sleeping areas. Rooms 1-4 + Loft are on the left hand side (A) and rooms 5-7 are on the right side of the house (B). Both sides of the homes are fully connected internally thru the main great room level.
Please note the homes are located in a quiet residential family neighborhood with a strictly enforced noise ordinance between 10pm and 8am.
For this reason on site parties are not permitted at any time and we cannot accept bachelor, bachelorette or similar groups.

So many great things about this stay! Our family was greatly appreciative of host communication, spacious stay, and plenty of room for activities. The back porch was lovely to sit out on and drink coffee in the morning. We took off one star due to cleanliness - overall, first impressions were great but we noticed a lot of outdated kitchen supplies that were scratched up and some had food still caked on it. We ended up buying a new pan to use for making breakfast. I think the price was fair for a more dated house / appliances and furnishing but the living room would definitely benefit from an updated couch. People were scared to lean back and get comfortable due to a weak back support on the couch. The hot tub was fantastic and ample parking for a large family gathering was great. We easily fit our 4 cars. Check in and check out were also very easy to do. I would recommend this stay for a large group on a budget who are looking for a wonderful location near Breckenridge!

I really wanted to love this place and give it all the stars but there were a few things we just couldn’t ignore. This place is big but it is old. A lot of the contents are outdated and it’s in need of a deep cleaning or refurbish. It was good for our weekend family trip and we aren’t picky but it wasn’t the highest quality it could have been. We had an issue with ants during our stay. All 4 days we were there, we found ants crawling in both kitchens. We were very good about not leaving food out or leaving doors open but we think they were coming through the floor. The ho did send someone out to help us but they couldn’t do anything in the moment to help. Additionally, during our stay, there was an unannounced maintinence check on the hot tub. The host did say they do that regularly but it was weird having maintinence in the house during our stay without warning. We had several light fixtures in the house that were broken and overall the fans/lighting are really dusty. This place has a rustic feel but it was also just dirty. We still had a fun trip and it was nice having so many bedrooms and bathrooms. Hottub did work and was a nice relaxing part. Plenty of seating in the house for meals and games. A lot of the furniture and linens in the photos isn’t current. The towels are nice. Several pillows and mattresses had stains on them when we removed covers at the end.
