Queens Court 1108 is a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom, oceanfront condo cozily nestled in Emerald Isle!
The total bed count includes one king and one queen.
Additional Amenities: This condo is equipped with high-speed wireless internet for your convenience. Streaming Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon Prime Instant Video is just a quick log-in away with the smart TV access you will have! You will also have access to basic cable channels to keep up with the weather and local happenings on the coast! One thing that makes this rental a unique find is that there is an Atari, which provides fun for all on a quiet evening in! There are new TVs in all rooms including a 65" in the living room, 50" in the Master Bedroom, and 40" in the 2 bedrooms.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you could need to enjoy home-cooked meals and snacks like a coffee maker, oven, refrigerator with an attached icemaker, microwave, and dishwasher. As a cool extra, there is a blender available ... hello, beachside margaritas!
Queens Court is an Oceanfront Condominium Complex within walking distance, not only to the ocean but to the water slide, miniature golf, restaurants, shopping, go-carts, arcades & more!
New Sport Court for tennis, badminton, pickleball, basketball, cornhole & putting green (facility only – equipment is not provided), outdoor swimming pool (pool typically open May 15 - October 15 9am - 9pm), Grilling Area, Oceanfront Gazebo with seating, Private Beach Access Walkway, and Outside Showers. Please Note: Fire pit and clubhouse are for owner use only.
PARKING INFORMATION:
● Each reservation will receive 2 Gate Cards and 2 Parking Passes.
● Golf Carts and boat/trailer parking are Not Permitted on Queens Court Grounds.
Linens and Towels provided with Beds Made for Weekly and Nightly stays.
NO SMOKING.
NO PETS ALLOWED.
Rents Weekly Sunday - Sunday. Rents Nightly with a 3 night minimum in advance during Off Season, last minute during In Season.
Please Note:
(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through VRBO. The card provided at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are strictly prohibited unless approved by management.
