Golf enthusiasts will love being just minutes from TPC Colorado with several public courses nearby (Marianna Buttes, Ute Creek, and Highland Meadows). For entertainment, explore nearby attractions such as the Rialto Theater, Blue Arena, and Planet Bluegrass. This small-town retreat provides peaceful living with convenient access to vibrant entertainment and recreation.

OUTDOOR LIVING: Front porch with outdoor seating, propane BBQ grill. There is also a community putting green and pickleball court with paddles/balls provided!
INDOOR LIVING: Multiple Smart TVs, dining table with seating for 6, board games, ceiling fans, indoor fireplace, laptop-friendly workspace, dart board, multiple living areas
KITCHEN: Fully equipped kitchen, large center island with seating for 3, dishwasher, microwave, cooking essentials, dishware/flatware, spices, complimentary coffee, creamer, tea and sweetener
BATHROOMS: There is a bathroom on each level, the main level has a half bathroom. We always include hair dryers, soap, shampoo and conditioner for every guest stay.
GENERAL: High-speed WiFi, washer/dryer, blackout shades, linens/towels, keyless entry, heating, air conditioning, complimentary toiletries, iron/board and cleaning essentials.
PARKING: Two car garage and driveway parking. There is a 220 Volt EV outlet in the garage!

PET POLICY: Dogs Welcome...We love dogs! However... all pets must be pre-approved (no aggressive breeds) and a pet fee will be due at booking. Unapproved pets and excessive barking or aggression are grounds for removal of pets from the property or eviction of tenants.

It was great to have the four bedrooms, all with queen/king beds that were incredibly comfortable and blankets that were so soft. Bathrooms were modern and had amenities like hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash--much appreciated since we were coming from Wisconsin and did not want to haul all of that stuff! We had a great Christmas vacation staying at this property. Host was very attentive, the place was clean, nice, and everything we wanted. I highly recommend this property to anyone thinking about visiting Colorado.

Awesome stay, loved the neighborhood it was quiet. Traveled with a 4 year old he was able to ride his scooter around and play on the putting green. They also had a racket ball court right in the middle of the neighborhood. House was nice would stay again!
