I am extremely particular and unforgiving when it comes to cleanliness…this place was so clean and manicured. It is a PERFECT venue to have a family event!! My oldest son and my new daughter in law wanted a place where out of town family could not only be together, but the couple could have a wedding reception afterwards at the location where the families were staying. I honestly do not know how it could have been better! The nice manicured lawn that joins the two properties as clean and spacious. The owner Mike was so willing to help and even had chairs to rent, a beautiful bar area . He was flexible with us which gave the newly weds to ability to check out the property for planning. Owner has a fire pit and nice chairs to create several sitting areas. Nothing else like it around Nashville. Book it…it was such a wonderful experience!

Nice to have a gas grill for cooking. We did enjoy the hot tub one evening. The AC worked well. We were super busy with the wedding most of the stay.
