A proposito di questa casa struttura in affitto
A little different from the rest of the portfolio — and that's the point. This thoughtfully decorated 3-bedroom, 3-bath townhome on Mayaguana Street is set up for up to 7 guests: a queen master suite with attached bath, a second bedroom with a double bed and attached bath, a kids' room with a twin-over-full bunk bed, and a living room with comfortable couches.
Set in the quiet gated community of Crestwynd Bay, the home is pet-friendly, minutes from Disney, shopping, and dining, with the community pool close by and free parking at the door.
The full kitchen (range, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender) is ready for family meals. In-home washer and dryer, free high-speed WiFi, and flat-screen cable TVs make longer stays easy. We start you with a coffee kit and starter toiletries; Walmart and Publix are minutes away.
A calm, personal space to land after busy Orlando days.

Manny, the host, was very courteous and answered every message promptly. My family and I, including our pets, had an amazing experience. The unit was immaculate and the location was nice, quiet, and relaxing

Great location!

The host provided a lot of helpful info before check-in, and the proximity to Disney was great. However, the rental was missing a lot of basic kitchen supplies and didn’t have the starting set of dishwasher and laundry detergent that was noted in the info we received from the host. The host was responsive and provided the missing kitchen items we requested the next day, but we had trouble making dinner the first night. The keypad on the front door was tricky to use and on one of our days the keypad got locked from too many unsuccessful tries and we were stuck outside for a couple hours and required assistance from maintenance to get into the unit. The place was ok and was very convenient for our days at Disney, and the complex itself was very quiet during our stay. Overall the place is alright but they need to replace the front door keypad and finish stocking the kitchen, and ensure their cleaning staff is leaving the expected items for guests.
