Located in a private condominium with a pool and situated about 900 to 1000 meters from Manta Rota Beach (approximately 15 minutes walking), this property combines comfort, functionality, and an excellent location in the heart of the Algarve.
The dwelling is distributed over three floors and accommodates up to 9 people with total comfort. It has four comfortable rooms, including three with double beds and one with two single beds, as well as a room in the attic with a double bed and an individual bed. In total, it offers three bathrooms: one with a shower, another with a bathtub, and a service bathroom.
On the ground floor, there is a cozy living and dining room, a room with two single beds, a bathroom with a shower, a pantry, and a fully equipped kitchen with a combined refrigerator, oven, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher, toaster, kettle, and Delta Q capsule coffee machine, as well as various essential utensils. On the first floor, two bedrooms with double beds and built-in wardrobes share a spacious bathroom with a bathtub and have access to a generous south-facing balcony. The attic offers an additional comfortable space with a bedroom and support bathroom.
The exterior of the dwelling is perfect for leisure moments, with a wide north-facing patio, equipped with a lounge area, table, chairs, barbecue, and dishwasher, ideal for outdoor meals.
