Large historic home situated in a beautiful, safe neighborhood.
Two full bedrooms and bathrooms downstairs with dining, breakfast room, library, living room, kitchen and laundry room.
Upstairs you will find a separate living area complete with a semi-private bedroom(queen bed)and a completely private bedroom (queen bed) with attached bathroom.
The home has a lovely front porch, perfect for WFH, morning coffee and afternoon cocktails. The back porch is equipped with a 6 person dining table.

The property was very nice and clean! Some of the windows could use some shade for privacy and maybe put a TV in the main living room.

The place was very nice and convenient for us. I would recommend a few things. Being on a guys group trip it would be nice if there was a tv in one of the two living rooms. The main bathroom needs some window treatments and a key for the back door would have been nice since we parked out back.

Older home in south Birmingham. Large rooms, high ceilings, Four bedrooms and three bathrooms. Four golf buddies were very comfortable. Very attractively priced for four nights lodging. Full kitchen. The manager Morgan was very easy to get a hold of and communicate with. We were very happy with our stay.
