C3B is a one Bedroom with a loft. 830 SQ FT. Located on the 3rd floor with a balcony. The living room has a chair, love seat and a sofa with a sofa bed inside. Gas fire place and a shelf full of movies and games. A fully equipped kitchen with an island that seats 6 people. The bedroom has a king bed with the bathroom right next to it. Next to the bathroom is small vanity nook. The loft has 2 queen beds with a half bath.
Timberline has No Elevators; please ask if help is needed with luggage. No A/C but has floor fans to keep cool. No pets are allowed as other guests could be allergic.
There is a laundry room with coin-operated washers and dryers in 2 different locations at Timberline, but no in-unit machines.
​​​​​​​This condo is professionally managed by the Timberline Condominiums Association. The front desk staff will greet you upon arrival and check you in. They will be your main contact during your stay. Bell staff is available to pick you up from the Aspen/Snowmass Airport and take you around the Village. Limited housekeeping is included. Parking is available across the road for daily fee in the winter ski season (Thanksgiving - Snowmass Mountain Closing Day) and it is currently free during summer. The Edge Restaurant and Bar is on-site during peak season for dinner.
