A ground floor, 930 sq. ft., Ski-in/Walk out condominium, Timber Creek 103 is a 2 Bedroom Loft, 2 Bathroom unit that Sleeps 8 people! The Master Bedroom has a Queen Size Bed and a Full Size Bathroom. There is a Double Bed in the second bedroom and 2 Bunk Beds in the loft. Downstairs there is a spacious Living Area complete with Free Wireless Internet, a Flat Screen TV/DVD player, Gas Fireplace and an additional Full Size Bathroom. The Full Size opens into the Dining Space and Living Room. Situated right on the Condo Access Ski Run, this residence is located in the Center Village and just a quick 3 minute walk to the American Eagle and Flyer lifts. Timber Creek #103 is ideal for larger groups or families looking for an affordable option right on the slopes of Copper Mountain. Summit County Colorado Short Term Rental Permit #BCA-73898 | One parking space per condo available on-site. Overflow parking may be available. Contact the rental management company to request a parking permit for overflow parking. Paid parking lot rates fluctuate through the winter season based on volume and demand. kind of small and reduced lighting in living area. but it served its purpose and relatively affordable. was reasonable walk to two lifts, 3 minutes or a few hundred yards in ski boots. mattresses were what fine, mostly what I expected. not fancy. straight forward and served its purpose. It was a nice stay for 4 older adult males. thank you.

Kitchen was fully furnished with all cooking ware to handle our wide varity of meals. Beds were a little hard to our liking, but its a personal preference since we like soft beds. We thought the unit included washer/dryer, but actually its a shared facility costing 1.00/load. Not a big deal, just misunderstood.We enjoyed the 5min short walk to Center Village and lifts. The gym and sauna is also a short walk and well equipped.

Great location with short walk to the center village lifts and able to ski back to the condo at the end of the day. The condo was a great size for our family of five, having two bedrooms and a loft area with 4 bunks. All the beds are on the second level with a shared bathroom between the two bedrooms. The occupants of the bunks in the loft either need to use the main floor bathroom or go through one of the bedrooms to get to the second floor bathroom. A little quirky but not an issue if traveling with family but could be a little odd if sharing the space with another family. We had a great stay. Used the hot tub nearly every night. The kitchen was well stocked to cook all meals at the condo.

Great location. Falsely advertising working hot tub. Which looks to have been broken for months, if not year.
