Owner very responsive, apt in good condition as described.Beautiful balcony view .Entrance and hall entrance and staircase should be clean more often.Area under construction.General building need some repairs.Parking is free on the street.

Overall, I believe the exterior of the building needs improvement, as it gives a poor first impression. The room floor appeared dirty, and the entrance door from outside was difficult to close. Additionally, the room door felt insecure and did not seem properly locked. My nephew was able to open it easily, which raises safety concerns, especially for families with children.
The restroom floor was also in poor condition, to the point that I felt the need to shower while wearing slippers.
The only truly positive aspect of the stay was the beautiful ocean view.
