This 3 bedroom Pernera holiday villa is located near fishing harbour.
[ 9 min walk], to lovely soft clean golden sandy beach , great for children and adults
Protaras is only a 35 to 45 {via beautiful Coastal board walk} minute walk from the villa. Or take a bus ride to Protaras.
There is a communal play area for both adults and children within the complex, which is 2 min walk behind the villa
Comprising of an open plan lounge, with a pull out large sofa bed for 2, dining for 8, and kitchen. The 3 double bedrooms are upstairs along with a family bathroom. There is also a shower and toilet downstairs.
There is a DVD Player with films and cd player , Wii game station and i phone / i pod docking station with digital radio..
The kitchen is well equipped with toaster, George Foreman type grill ,dishwasher, washing machine, microwave etc.
For out doors, there are plastic plates etc and a large cool box for picnics. The cooking continues in the garden with a well lit BBQ and covered lovely sitting area.
Private pool - 4x7.5m, with the sun bathing the pool all day long. There is also an out door shower. The palm trees to provide some shade.
During the night the pool light and garden lights provide a lovely ambience to the garden
Pernera amenities of bars restaurants etc, are all within a 10 min walk. there is a local corner shop which provides the daily essentials. The holiday villa is perfect for a twin location of the more gentle Pernera, and the busier Protaras.
Sunshine is abundant during the whole year and particularly from April to September; when the average duration of sunshine exceeds 11 hours per day. In July and August average temperature ranges from
36 to 27C. The mean annual temperature for the island as a whole is 20C.
One of the most beautiful beaches in Cyprus is in Protaras. Fig Tree Bay is a stretch of sun, sea and sand so clear, clean and blue you could be forgiven for thinking you were in the Caribbean. While your kids are building sand castles to their hearts’ content, you could catch up on your sun worshipping or even go for long walks to clear your body and mind. Work off the stresses of your daily life with the plethora of water sports found on the beach, and then treat the family to a lovely fresh meal at the Fig Tree Bay Taverna.
If you’re up for a bit of action, then you really need to brave the walk and go to Cape Greco. From the sea cliffs with their sparkling waters to the beautiful indigenous fauna.
Deposit
If a cancellation is requested more than 60 days in advance of the letting the balance of any monies paid, less the rental deposit of 25%, will be returned to the tenant. If the cancellation is requested within the 60 days prior to the letting the owner will retain the 25% rental deposit and also reserves the right to retain the balance of the rental (should it not be possible to re-let the property for this period).

The Mandarin Villa was superb for our first big family holiday. Perfectly clean and well equipped. Within walking distance of shops and restaurants. Fantastic pool and play area for kids. Host and manager were brilliant when needed assistance, which was minimal.Only 10 mins from lovely clean beach and harbour. Would highly recommend. We will certainly use again!! Thank you x

We had a fantastic time during our stay, the villa was clean,spacious and everything you need with a complimentary wine for that extra little touch. The host was excellent with comunicating with us and i would definately recommend them

We stayed here for a week and although the villa has 3 bedrooms there is only 1 bathroom upstairs. We found this to be a issue as there was 7 of us.
Unfortunately we found that the decor/furniture is a bit tired and dated. We all noticed that our clothes smelt after being in the wardrobes and that was in all bedrooms.
The upstairs bathroom needs a good steam clean to bring it up to scratch. I was disappointed that there was only 1 toilet roll and no toilet waste bags for the bins left. If this was me I’d ensure there was plenty for everyone to use.
The kitchen was well equipped but we didn’t use much only the dishwasher?
The pool area is ample big enough but please go through the box of equipment/toys left for everyone to use as they are filthy. The pool water was freezing which is to be expected at this time of year.
The front of the house looks out on to refuge bins. This is a tip. People coming and going all day with lots of cats, broken glass, garden waste thrown everywhere. While we were there we had very strong winds and a lot of the rubbish ended up against the villa.
The view was very disappointing and had I known I would have disregarded it.
We were surprised with the area and how limited it was to buy food and cafes. It’s a resort for staying in a hotel not self catering.
There is several beaches close by but again we found this difficult to buy refreshments unless you were staying in a hotel. The hotels didn’t let you purchase any drinks or food.
