Summary:
Welcome. You have come to the right place to relax. You will appreciate our gated resort lifestyle community, with 24/7 security, located only 5 miles from Disney World Parks, and many great restaurants. You will be resting comfortably in our 2 bedroom home. The Master Suite is fitted with a sleep number king bed and a private bathroom. You also have 3 swimming pools, 2 hot tubs, and other outdoor activities to choose from. A great place to refresh after a busy day from Orlando's attractions.
The Space:
There is also plenty of space in the walk-in closet and dressers to store your travel items. If you need to get a little work done we have provided a desk. We have high-speed Wifi access for you in our home and the clubhouse/pool area also has free wifi access.
Guest Access:
Make our home your home and enjoy the entire location from the house to all the resort style amenities on the property.
The Neighborhood:
Community Amenities included but are not limited to: a stocked fishing lake, picnic tables, lighted pool, racquetball and tennis courts, volleyball/badminton, children's pool, exercise room, billiards, playground, & business center.
Getting Around:
The Orlando International Airport is about 45 minutes away and Sanford Orlando Airport is about 1 hour away all depending on traffic. Uber and Lyft both pick up and drop off at the airports. Public transportation is an easy method of transportation for the airports or to Disney.
Other Things to Note:
We truly hope you have a restful vacation but know we are welling to help in anyway possible while you are staying at your home away from home.
Interaction with Guests:
Though we would love to meet each one of our guests in person due to proximity that is not always going to be possible. Our contact person lives nearby and is available when we are away. However, we are just a text or email away for your convenience.

Host was very accommodating and informative. Very clean and spacious. Residence had everthing you would need for anything you would like to do, wether you wanted to go to the beach, the pool, or anything in the area. Pictures on sight doesn't do the property justice. There is so much more the pictures dont capture. Very quiet and peaceful neighborhood with very friendly neighbors, especially Ms. Val

We enjoyed a comfortable long weekend stay here exploring central Florida. The hosts were responsive and friendly.

The property is clean and well maintained. Communication with the property manager was horrible and very frustrating. It almost ruined the trip and cost me an additional $300 to stay in a hotel room for 6 hours. The only way to be admitted to the property is by calling the property manager and then being buzzed in. At times she would not respond. Wet and stuck at the gate in the rain after going to the nearby store and the property manager would not respond to me because "she was at church and does not answer the phone for anyone while in church". I understand but I don't understand because of the circumstances however the fact you have guests should be considered. Someone finally responded to the security guard, who called an additional contact number. This part was very frustrating because we wanted to go out at night to Dave and Buster's as well as the Movies but I was not sure we would be able to get in after 12am. The property manager offered an additional day of stay but my son was home from college so he had to get back and my wife had to work.
