Very nice. It suited all our needs and we were quite happy. We would book here again. The location was perfect. The shower head in the downstairs bathroom needs to be changed out. And providing soap and shampoo in the showers is not a must, but it would have been a nice to have. And trimming back some of the plant growth around the property, especially along the driveway, would help.

We had a great week in an ideal location. Walking distance to everything. Will stay again.

Gate Street Cottage was the perfect place to stay for our visit to NOTL! The Cottage was very clean and well-stocked with kitchen utensils, towels, paper products, etc. The location is great, with an easy walk to the shops and restaurants on Queen Street. We would definitely stay here again.

The location cannot be beat - just a block from the shops and a few blocks from the lake. We didn't use the kitchen much, but appliances are new and it seemed well stocked. The front porch is very nice. We were never out back as it was cold and rainy the whole time we were there. It's an old house, so floors are worn and some of the doors are buckling. Beds were okay - nicer sheets and better pillows would be nice. Small TV, but we didn't care about that as we hardly ever had it on. The house was clean. With some upgrades here and there, this would be a 5-star stay. That said, we would stay here again. We just love Niagara on the Lake and the location of this house was perfect for us.
