This comfortable vacation home can accommodate up to 16 people and features wrap around sectional couches, pillow ottomans, and comfortable furnishings. Plan to spend some evenings on the over-sized balcony roasting marshmallows around the fire pit or soaking in the large hot tub. Walk in from the balcony and challenge your buddy to a game of pool, or grab a blanket and find a good movie on the TV. Rest well in one of 4 spacious bedrooms with private bathrooms. Great for families, groups, and corporate retreats in southern Utah.

Location was perfect for our adventures and there was plenty of room for our group!

We loved staying here so much! The house had everything we needed with plenty of extra pillows and rolling cots. Also had some great games for kids! The kids had a blast at the pool and waterslides which was just down the street. Only improvement I’d make is to put curtains in the bedrooms since the streetlight outside is pretty bright, but other than that we had a great stay!

We experienced some significant issues with this specific unit in regards to cleanliness and basic supplies.The resort itself is fantastic. We loved the pool areas, and community, the location, everything. We had pickleball courts close by as well. We really had a great time here.However, the unit issues cannot be overlooked. Most notably, upon checkin, it was apparent that it was not sufficiently cleaned. The dishes still had food stuck on them, put away in the cupboards. There was still garbage in some drawers. And most importantly, there were used diabetic supplies and needles from a previous occupant left in the unit, within easy reach of children.This led us to not trust any cleanliness, so we spent the first evening doing laundry and washing dishes to make our stay safe.Also, there were no sheets available. The unit has like 8 rollaway beds which we planned to use in our stay. No bedding was supplied for any of them, and you absolutely would not want to use them without bedding. I contacted the hosts immediately upon check in about our issues and received no response until the following day.Running out of characters, but long story short is I asked multiple times for assistance and for the hosts to help rectify the situation. We got sheets by the 2nd night. However, there were no other resolutions offered. It’s extremely frustrating to pay a 500 “host fee” when the host can’t provide basically cleaning.Will not stay in the unit again. Beware.
