B42 | | | This vacation home rents on a nightly basis mid-June through Labor Day with a 3-night minimum. ----- ***Bahia Vista pool has re-opened. Hours of operation: 9am-9pm daily. The jacuzzi is only heated during the weekends (Friday, Saturday & Sunday) until Memorial weekend. Both pool and jacuzzi will be heated from Memorial weekend to Labor Day and during Thanksgiving and Christmas break.** This property is in a residential community and is only suitable for quieter groups. NO smoking, NO parties/events. NO pets allowed per HOA rules. You must be 25+ years old to rent this property. No daytime visitors allowed. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before booking. Violations of these rules will result in immediate eviction with no refunds. Nice place in a good, quiet location. Walkable to everything. Pretty view on the balcony. The unit is a mix of updated and outdated. New appliances and counters, but old cabinets and an old TV for example. But it's a comfortable unit for a vacation. We brought our baby, and they gave us a pack n play to use. Everything worked out well. The property management company was responsive when we had a fire alarm run out of batteries and came right away to fix.

The place is in a great location, the balcony has a very beautiful view with BBQ, the only issue is the place was not clean. The rollaway bed was extremely dirty, my family member tried sleeping on it and 5 minutes later she started to have itching of her extremity and she had to sleep on the couch. I contacted the property owner and they dropped off an air mattress the day after which we did not even open because it's not comfortable to begin with. If it is just 2 people the king bed is just fine but definitely would NOT recommend for 4 people . Also there was dog hair all over the patio chairs, I sent a picture to the owner since we couldn't use it and no response.
