Welcome to MountainView Retreat! This amazing three-story 13 bedroom cabin is located in the upscale section of Sherwood Forest known as “The Village”. Located just minutes from Pigeon Forge and Dollywood this cabin sleeps 58 and is perfect for family reunions, corporate retreats, church groups, and weddings! Boasting 6,700 sqft, incredible mountain views, ample parking, upscale furnishings and amenities such as a private indoor pool you will surely find that Mountainview Retreat is the luxurious Smoky Mountain getaway you’ve been searching for!
There is parking for 6 vehicles.
Main Level:
Entry-level of the cabin offers the kitchen, dining area, living area, two bedrooms, and outdoor deck!
The living area features comfortable cabin perfect furnishings, a year-round electric fireplace and flat-screen tv perfect for catching up on your favorite tv shows! A half bath is located off of the living area for your convenience as well. This amazing kitchen area boasts lots of beautiful granite counter space, black stainless appliances (two of all major appliances) and all the cookware and tableware needed to whip up a culinary masterpiece! The spacious dining area offers seating for 26 and an additional 6 at the bar as well as picture windows to take in the beautiful mountain views while you enjoy the company of your loved ones!
Enter into either of the two bedrooms located on this level and you will find king-size beds, flat screen tv’s, and attached bathrooms with walk-in showers!
Step outside to the deck and you will find an outdoor dining area with picnic tables and a grill!
Upper Level:
Upstairs you will find a seating area and 7 large bedrooms!
The seating area offers a sofa sleeper for additional sleeping accommodations, as well as a poker table for your enjoyment, and washer and dryer for your convenience!
Five of the bedrooms on this level offer King size beds, futons for additional sleeping accommodations, flat-screen TVs and attached bathrooms with walk-in showers! The remaining two bedrooms offer two sets of Queen size bunk beds, as well as attached bathrooms with walk-in showers!

Overall our stay was nice. However in one of the beds, there were crumbs which made it seem the sheets were not clean. Also, we called for maintenance because the shower curtain was down and the microwaves did not work. They came out MD stated they fixed two of the microwaves and had to buy a shower curtain to replace the one down. The microwaves did not heat the food up and they never returned to fix the shower curtain.Other than that we had a lot of fun and enjoyed our stay.

THE CHECK IN PROCESS WAS GREAT. WE WHERE ABLE TO GET IN THE HOUSE A FEW HOURS BEFORE OUR CHECK IN TIME . KITCHEN FACILITY WAS FULLY STOCKED AND EVERYTHING WAS IN WORKING ORDER.

Pros: layout of the bedrooms, ample privacy. The pool was the highlight of the trip for the kids and it had a locking door. Kitchen had all we needed to make our meals, ample seating in the dining room, amazing views, convenient to town.
Cons: We did not receive the code to get in at 4pm, which was frustrating because we got there at 4 and the cabin was clearly empty. Thankfully we received the code about 20 mins later but we were sitting there waiting. The downstairs AC wasn’t working and they did come immediately out to fix it when we called. We also reported a few minor things. They didn’t do anything about them but we didn’t really care. We had a lot of children there, so we mainly just wanted them to know that we did not do that damage. The hot tub was not working and the first repair guy came out and did nothing. My husband told him what he thought was the problem and he basically called my husband an idiot even though my husband does maintenance. We called them to send out another repair man and he actually did fix the problem but we couldn’t use the hot tub for the first 2 days of being there. The last night the upstairs AC wasn’t working and after calling the after hours number they never responded or fixed it. We spent the last night with the windows open for some relief. The downstairs arcade wasn’t working.
Would book again for a family gathering, but hopefully management company gets better. They did offer us a $100 refund.
