Top floor. well equipped condo with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Flat screen televisions, leather recliners, bar seating and outdoor lanai and table. King bed in the bedroom, Aerobed and fold out sofa is available for your use. Parking space is located near by. Air conditioner available for use in the bedroom.
Alii Villas has a solar heated pool, oceanfront seating area, ocean access for the expert swimmer, BBQ and picnic deck and lush tropical gardens throughout.
All reservations are required to digitally sign a rental agreement between the person booking and and property manager to be confirmed.

Apartment was clean and had all items needed (even beach chairs and coolers) for a weeklong stay. The hosts ensured everything was as needed and checked in to during our stay which was much appreciated. Even though we were near front of complex, we walked to the back to see some of the best sunsets. Parking was very easy.

This fully furnished condo comes with everything you need for a comfortable and convenient stay. Ideally located, it’s about a 2.5-hour drive to the Volcano and just an hour if you're heading north.The kitchenette and laundry area are well-stocked, and you'll find plenty of beach gear for relaxing days by the shore. Free parking is available close to the unit. Please note that the condo is located on the third floor and accessible by stairs only. The only drawback is the use of portable A/C units in the living room and master bedroom.

All was good but the place just needed a deep cleaning windows and between them bathroom fan and air conditioning units

We found the accommodations to be clean and very well equipped as was the BQ facilities and pool area. Our lower rating for location was due to the condo's proximity to Alii Drive and the traffic noise (see previously posted remarks).
If you are accustomed to having your windows open to the fresh air and coolness of the evenings and nights be advised that you may find the traffic noise an issue.
