Despite colder weather (to be expected in March), the BW home and playground made the stay worth it. Enough space for parents and 2 kids, well stocked kitchen and easy access thru the backyard for the playground!

The inside amenities were ok. The listing states there is a hot tub. We were informed by management the day of arrival that the hot tub is not avaliable for us due to it needing a part that is taking a long time to get. After getting there and seeing the hot tub, it looked like it has not been functional for a very long time. It was full of dirty water and leaves. The oitsrde property could use some clean up also. It is a nice home and we did enjoy our stay and grandkids enjoyed the park tight out the backdoor. It just needs a little TLC.

Reviewer Comments:
The house was very well stocked but corners cut with furniture. The couch was in horrible condition and we didn’t have an oven for most of our stay as it broke and pets were not available. The floor had huge gaps in the wood and needs work. The security guard was one of the most RUDE men I have ever encountered. He needs some lessons in normal professional behavior. Location was convenient.
