This property suits our needs very well. Second time we have stayed here and we plan on coming back

Concerned about the tub diverter in the shower. Took 2-3
times to get it to produce hot water, for the shower.
Also, how do we get the tv, to get local tv channels?
Other than that, it was a nice condo.

This property is a quick 5 miles from downtown Grand Lake. It is easy to get to. Was comfortable and clean. The owners were quick to respond to our questions and were helpful. Be aware if you want to watch TV you will need to use your own personal TV login and services. Other than the TV and BlueRay player no streaming or channel services are available.
