This is a comfortably decorated two-level condo. The two bedrooms and baths are located on the second floor, and a queen sofa sleeper, daybed, and half bath are on the first floor. You will find tile floors in the entry, kitchen and bathrooms, and carpet throughout rest of condo. | is vacation home rents on a nightly basis (2 night minimum, holidays and selected dates excepted; 3 night minimum mid-June through Labor Day).

***Bahia Vista pool has re-opened. Hours of operation: 9am-9pm daily. The jacuzzi is only heated during the weekends (Friday, Saturday & Sunday) until Memorial weekend. Both pool and jacuzzi will be heated from Memorial weekend to Labor Day and during Thanksgiving and Christmas break.**
This property is in a residential community and is only suitable for quieter groups.
NO smoking, NO parties/events. NO pets allowed per HOA rules.
You must be 25+ years old to rent this property. No daytime visitors allowed.

Nice place and was in good walking distance to everything. Appliances are old. Carpet and rug needs to be renewed. Otherwise good place to stay.

It worked out perfectly for our needs. Grateful that the management was able to get us in early so we could prepare the Thanksgiving feast. Thank you so much

All was excellent. A few things that should be taken care of before renting again…the fire alarms needs a new battery, the sink on the main floor does not drain well and the bath faucet leaks.
