Built in the year 1900 and has the perfect location for your vacation needs whether you are coming to go skiing, whitewater rafting or take pictures of the beautiful gold and orange aspen leaves in the fall. This home is just a 5-minute walk away from beautiful Clear Creek where you can flyfish, a 10-15 walk (less than 1 mile) to downtown Idaho Springs. Idaho Springs offers numerous restaurants, shopping, gold mine tours, whitewater rafting, zipline/ropes courses and many other activities. This home has a recently rebuilt fenced-in backyard that offers a welcoming and secure space for your beloved fur-baby and ample seating to stargaze. Free on and off-street parking is offered for guests. LIC# 2022-14.

This was our second time staying at this property and it’s great! The home is clean and well furnished. There are plenty of things to do nearby and easy to get up the mountain to ski. Both times we’ve stayed here it was winter but this would be a great property in the summer as well. We will definitely be back!

Perfect location for access to the freeway and to some amazing resorts. The town had everything we needed. Loved the cozy cabin vibe and the fire pit for apres skiing. Was perfect for our guys trip!

House was exactly as described and a great location for quick access to the highway and downtown Georgetown. Host was responsive and flexible with our changing itinerary. Would absolutely stay again!
