Additional Notes:

Noise disturbance
The house is located in a quiet residential area, making it ideal for family stays. To respect our neighbours, we do not rent this property for parties. However, we have several other listings on VRBO that may better suit group celebrations.

Pets
- A surcharge of $75 per person per night applies to guest counts exceeding 12.
- A one-time pet fee of $75 covers additional cleaning costs.

Please note, that dogs are not allowed upstairs (carpeted areas), and we kindly ask that you use a blanket for your pet, especially if they shed.

Cancellation Policy
VRBO's cancellation terms allow guests to cancel right before their stay, which is not ideal for a property of this size that typically does not accommodate last-minute bookings. To address this, we offer a refund if your dates are rebooked at the rate we secure, up to the amount of your original payment. Additionally, we provide a full refund within the first 48 hours of booking, aligning with the cancellation policies of other platforms.
