The property was pet friendly which was essential. The fenced in back yard was great for the dogs. The property needed some repairs amd updating including painting and back porch fixed. The game room kep the grands occupied. For longer stays some extra cookware would be good. A big plus was the washer/dryer. They handled large loads and the dryer had a steam cycle to iron.

The home is conveniently located near the base and also near Walmart. There were plenty of bedrooms for our family of 6, which included our adult children and younger children. Three bedrooms with three additional futons/couches for sleeping. The master bed was super comfortable! The living room is spacious for family time or watching tv. The kitchen has everything you might need for cooking, including spices, etc. The owner was accommodating to a change in our travel plans and adjusted our rental dates accordingly, which we greatly appreciated.
