Gather in the open-concept living area, updated kitchen (Fall 2024), or glass-enclosed dining space. Cozy up by the propane fireplace on cool evenings, or step out onto one of 4 balconies to watch whales, dolphins, and the horizon. A half bath and enclosed office with daybed provide extra flexibility, and Starlink WiFi keeps everyone easily connected.

Minutes from downtown Gualala, you’ll find grocery stores, restaurants, and a Saturday farmers market. Within a 5-minute drive, explore pocket beaches, Gualala Point, or kayak the river. Head further afield to the Point Arena lighthouse, wineries, or the Sea Ranch, all within 30 minutes.

The home spans four levels, offering privacy and multiple gathering spaces for everyone. Stairs connect each level, so guests comfortable with multiple flights enjoy both separation and shared moments. Highlights include:

-Lower level: two bedrooms, including primary suite with ensuite whirlpool bath, and laundry

The entire house and all of its decks and patios, is available for you to enjoy. The garage is locked for storage.
The Neighborhood:
Seaflower Cove is on a quiet, residential street overlooking the Pacific Ocean with other homes and vacation rentals. Multiple public beaches are just a short drive away, while downtown Gualala is easily walkable along highway 1.
Getting Around:
You need a car to get to Seaflower Cove. We have a strict three car limit: Two parking spots are available in the driveway for your use, and an additional car can fit parallel to the road at the end of the driveway if a third car is needed.
Other Things to Note:
The house is located in a quiet residential community next to the ocean with other vacation rentals nearby. The driveway is big enough for three cars to park. Street parking is not available, so plan to carpool if needed. A level 2 EV charger is available for guests. Cell phone service is very spotty and sometimes non-existent along highway 1 and at the house. Please plan ahead before you arrive with directions and information. Once you arrive, you can access the wifi to get in contact with the outside world.

The house was great for 12 adults, although it was unclear from the listing that this house is four stories. The loft room on the lowest floor, the floor above that has a primary bedroom with a king and another bedroom with a double. The floor above that is kitchen and living room, and above that is a room with a double bed and a roof patio. The view is unbeatable and the living room fits most everyone in it. The stove broke during our stay, but the host was extremely communicative and solved the issue right away. We would stay here again.

The house had everything we needed. The view was incredible and is very comfortable with plenty of room for everyone. Will definitely stay at this home again in the future!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home was exactly as described—comfortable, well-equipped, and thoughtfully maintained. The views from every room were breathtaking and made the experience even more special. The owners were very accommodating and quick to respond to any questions. We would definitely return.

We had a great time and the hosts were accommodating. Lots of room and a beautiful view.
No top sheets on some of the beds. Told that the housekeepers like it that way. ‘’ European Style” whatever that is. The home needs a good overall cleaning. Downstairs bunk room you could see mouse droppings between wall and bed. Stained throw pillows in the living room and needs new cooking utensils. We don’t like to give negative reviews but you need to know what you are walking into. We will go back to Sea Ranch next time. The hosts did let us check in early which we were happy about.
