Come make your vacation dream come true at this Gulf Front two-bedroom 2, two-bath condominium with a private balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico located in Indian Shores Beach! Sand Castle, I unit 604 is fully furnished and has 2 TVs, A king-size bed in the private Gulf Front master bedroom, 1 Queen-size bed, 1 Double in the guest bedroom, and 1 twin in the den. Sand Castle is one of the most desired locations and one of the best beach areas in Pinellas County. The unit is Gulf Front and has an amazing array of views. Sand Castle 604 will easily sleep six. This building has an elevator and a grill in the pool area. The unit comes with free WIFI.
You will love relaxing on the sofa while watching your favorite show or gazing at the Gulf Front View. Of course, prepare that coffee or your favorite beverage and sit and watch the beautiful and stunning sunsets from the balcony right off the living area. At the end of the day, you will love retiring in the Master Suite. Listen to the waves through the windows or balcony doors as you drift off to sleep. There is 1 assigned parking spot, and guest parking is on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Indian Shores is a town in Pinellas County, Florida, United States. The town is a beach-front community situated on a barrier island west of Seminole. Dine in and prepare those meals for your family, or visit one of the restaurants within a short distance from your condo. When local, go to the local hangouts such as Sea Breeze Island Grill, Wahoo`s, Keegan, or Conch Republic for your favorite lunch. This property is about 90 miles from Orlando attractions. It is 45 minutes from downtown St Pete and Tampa attractions such as Busch Gardens, Adventure Island, Lowry Park Zoo, and The Florida Aquarium.

• Keep balconies and walkways clear. No towels, clothing, umbrellas or other items are to be hung from railings or balconies.
• Barbecuing or grilling on balconies is allowed with an electric grill ONLY.
• Do not feed seagulls from the property.
• Park in assigned space for your unit. All vehicles must have parking permits displayed. Vehicles without a parking permit displayed are subject to towing at renters expense.
• Please be considerate of your neighbors and keep noise to a minimum during the hours of 11pm -8am. This is a private condominium or home and there are year round occupants that live in the building. While you are on vacation, they may not be.
• All trash is to be bagged and placed in garbage chute or proper containers.
• Cars must be pulled into the parking space as normal. No backing into parking space

We found the rooms clean and nice. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware, which is important for us, as we don't eat out much. We loved that chaise on the balcony and the wooden furniture. Beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels. It was also nice that there was beach paraphernalia, although we don't need that much. I'm not crazy about vertical blinds, they rarely work well and I am always afraid of breaking the slats. The sliding door was in great need of a new gliding mechanism, which had clearly been put off for some time and finally stopped working while we were there. The folding camping chairs in the closet are not suitable for beach use, which we found out after googling them because we couldn't collapse them.

Very outdated and couldn’t get the patio door open it’s so old and heavy. Kitchen ceiling lights were all cracked. We only showered and slept there so I didn’t really mind too much.

The location was spectacular. This is a great area. It was like renting an old beach house in New England. The unit was very clean except for some kitchen utensils and plates. The unit needed a lot of maintenance but most was not critical. Like the door entry handle was loose and the paint around the door frame was pealing and the door did not seal. The storm door has a broken hinge and would not close. The refrigerator was missing a shelf. One of the stove burners did not work. The sliding glass doors were pealing on the outside and one did not lock. Again none of this was critical just annoying. We did have a great stay. It was very relaxing. We called the morning after we arrived to report the issues stating they were not critical we just wanted to be sure we were not liable for any of the existing issues. The owner contacted us about a week later and offered to have some service vendors come out and fix stuff but we told them they could wait until after we left. Again We had a great vacation and the location is fantastic, the unit just needs some work.
