The accommodation of approximately 100 m² includes three bedrooms, three shower rooms, a living room kitchen and a terrace.

On the first floor, a double bedroom of 15 m2, with full bathroom with shower, sink, toilet, which can accommodate 2 people in single beds or double beds, TV, on the first floor with direct access to the outside on the terrace.

Small animals (less than 10kg) are accepted provided that they are kept on a leash in the common areas of the residence and that they are silent and non-aggressive in order to respect other residents.

Towels and bed linen must be brought by the tenant, or can be rented for the sum of 20 euros per person to be paid on site. The sheet/towel pack per person includes 1 flat sheet, 1 duvet cover or flat sheet, 1 pillowcase, 1 small bath towel, 1 large bath towel.

This accommodations are perfect for couples, families and groups of up to 8 people.
