Charming updated duplex villa where you can enjoy beaches, shopping, restaurants and downtown Sarasota nightlife! Recently updated with porcelain tile throughout. Updated main bath with new vanity, cabinet and toilet. Bring the kids and dog and create special memories. One car garage, modern amenities, fast fiber internet, fully equipped kitchen and an enclosed backyard. There are many sights to see and experience all within a short distance; aquariums, fishing charters, a comedy club, Selby Gardens and of course Siesta Key, Casey Key, Longboat Key and Anna Maria!! Enjoy your fun in the sun.

Nice , clean and great central location!!No one bothers you and even though it’s off a Main street it’s very quiet!!You feel safe and the owners are easily reached.They have a lot of little extras for the beach which helped us a lot!!We were also able to enjoy a home cooked meal straight off the grillI would definitely come back again!!

First time to sarasota and the house was the perfect place to stay with our 3 kids! We could travel to all the beaches farthest beach was about 35 mins. Marisa was amazing to work with, she even had snacks on the counter when we got there! There is plenty of beach supplies for kids and adults, along with beach towels! Would recommend to anyone and will definitely be going back!

It was more than we expected. Clean, roomy and the beds were all comfortable. The host was very nice and helped us with something that was left behind.

Well stocked house, they had everything we needed. 15 minute drive to Siesta Key Beach. House was clean. Beds were comfortable. Easy check in and out. Good communication.
