- This 2-story home offers step-free entry and a bedroom and full bathroom on the 1st floor. Interior stairs are required to access the 2nd-floor living area, kitchen, and bedrooms
- The property does not have air conditioning
- Four-wheel drive and snow tires are required, and chains may be necessary in the winter months to access the property. Please be sure that every car and driver in your party is notified/aware of and meets these requirements in advance of arriving
- The hot tub is serviced every Monday morning

Camera 1 is located over the garage facing the driveway, camera 2 is located on the end of the main building, facing the front of the house, camera 3 is a doorbell camera facing the front entry, camera 4 is located on the deck facing the front entry, camera 5 is located on the back of the house facing the field, and camera 6 is located on the side of the house facing the yard. The cameras do not look into any interior spaces. They record video and sound when activated by motion

This is by far the absolute best vacation home I have ever rented! Exceptionally clean, extremely well appointed, and no details are overlooked. The views are stunning from every room. The outdoor decks have comfortable furniture, and the hot tub and outdoor fire pit are spectacular. The gourmet kitchen has anything & everything your own home would have including high end appliances, plenty of dishware, cookware, bakeware, cooking spices, food wrap items e.g. foil, ziploc bags and plastic wrap. There is a grill provided and we did make a fabulous steak dinner and dined in one night. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms had plenty of towels provided. The home is challenging to find and we had to ask a neighbor for directions because we didn't go far enough up the gravel/dirt road to find the address. To say the access road is very rough would be an understatement, and we didn't think it could possibly be the right road due to the poor condition with ruts but it was indeed the correct road. Be sure to read the details of the rental regarding the need for a 4-wheel drive vehicle. It's an absolute necessity. I would rent the home again in a heartbeat in summer/dry conditions but personally, I think rainy and especially snowy conditions would be a huge challenge for access up and down the mountain on the dirt road.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful mountain home. The kitchen was exceptionally well-stocked with spices, coffee, and all the cooking pans and utensils our group of 9 needed. The location is perfect-far enough from town to truly feel like you're in the mountains, yet close enough to go into town . The owner was incredibly helpful and responsive with communication throughout our stay. We would absolutely recommend this home and would love to return. Our crew rates this home and the owners 5 stars!

All aspects of stay as advertised. Road to place was steep and rocky. There wasn’t any snow but if so, it would have been difficult to get there. (As reported in listing.)
