Beautiful 4 bedroom, 3 bath home located in downtown Hailey constructed in 2018. Walkable to all downtown areas. Only 12 miles to Ketchum and the Sun Valley ski resort. One bedroom on main level and three on second story. Perfect location and beautifully finished! New furnishings and fully stocked gourmet kitchen for all of your needs! Washer/dryer in separate laundry room. There is a front and rear deck with a barbeque grill and seating areas. A locked-off basement apartment is rented separately. Long Term Tenant in Basement Apartment. Shared Laundry Room.

Perfect home base for 2 families for a local hockey tournament. Great location, clean & had everything we needed!

The host was very welcoming and the house was very comfortable and the kitchen was one of the best equippedkitchens that I have stayed in. The house is located close to the grocery store and restaurants and also 20 minutes from skiing Baldy. I would rent this house again.

Fantastic property, perfectly located for fly fishing. Amazing to be able to walk to so many restaurants/breweries after a long day on the river. We enjoyed the house, great layout and very clean. Plan to head back for our next trip.
