Great neighborhood with good access to the river. The house was as advertised online and was overall happy. We wouldn’t definitely rent again.

House was clean, and conveniently located. River was still a little low, but considering the drought conditions it was understandable. Kids had a great time (ages 2-11). Brannon and Wendi were always quick to respond to any question or concern I had.

Spacious property within walking distance of the Frio down a steep grade. Operative fireplace. Showers are large but oddly made: spray water all over bath so be sure to bring lots of towels! And bath mats.
