Quiet property with a nice pool and hot tub. Could have been cleaner upon arrival, coffee table was covered in sand or crumbs of some sort...AC unit worked very well and kept place nice and cool but was a bit loud, especially when sitting outside on the patio. Bathroom fan/light burnt out on our second day which was not really a big deal because there is another light in the bathroom anyway. Overall was a good place to stay as it's close to central Kihei and we really just used it as a place to sleep since we were out exploring most of our days.

Kitchen is well stocked. Management is responsive. Location is convenient. We really enjoyed the beach chairs and cooler provided.

Location is great, across the street from the beach. However, unit itself is not very clean and needs major remodeling. Bedsheets should be change after every renter but does not appear so. I found a strands of hair on the bedsheets. Also, the washer and dryer in this unit is extremely loud so I do not recommend doing laundry at night.
