Need a Latitude Adjustment? Then this newly renovated, South Tybee Duplex apartment is just what you need! Located on the South end business direct of Tybee Island, convenient to everything you need. There's no need to fight for a Summer parking place when you have such a perfect location! Park and walk to the beach, local restaurants, shops, and nightlife, all within a 1 block radius. You can also rent bikes to explore the island even more. This is also a great location for annual events like the 4th of July, Tybee Island Pirate Fest, and more.
The open plan living space offers comfortable and brand new furnishings, a large flat-screen Smart TV. The kitchen is fully equipped and has everything you need to grab a quick bite before heading out to a day at the beach or cooking a full dinner for the family. The backyard has a small courtyard with a gas grill for cooking out and is fully fenced in. The first 2 bedrooms are furnished with a King size bed and a Smart flatscreen TV. Each bedroom shares the bathroom that has a tub and shower combination. The third bedroom is furnished with 2 double beds.
There is off-street parking for 2 vehicles in the back of the duplex. Wifi is available. This home is pet-friendly for one adult dog under 50lbs, additional fee applies. Pets must be on a leash, as the backyard is not fenced.
The maximum occupancy of this property is 6 adults (or 8 if guests are traveling with children under the age of 12.) Are you traveling with other groups, and need more space? The second duplex apartment, Latitude A, can be combined with this unit to offer to sleep up to 12 people (or 14 as long as at least 2 guests are under the age of 12).

They need to do some updates on appliances on the property. The handle was broke off of the cook stove and there was a rigged one made out of duct tape The handle was broke on the microwave oven also house is in a great location and is laid out very good but the host need to do a better job of taking care of the property. Tybee vacation rentals is not a great host

We had a great stay on Tybee Island in this rental located right on the heart of downtown. Perfectly located to walk to the beach, the pier, and daunting shopping and restaurants. The rental was clean and cutely decorated. The setup was perfect for our needs, providing a bedroom for everyone. We ran into a few minor issues and they were quickly resolved by the rental company.

Very impressed by this property, was clean and cozy. Beds were so so so comfortable, loved how convenient everything was in the area. Walk from the beach and strip was 2-3 minutes, if even. Such a big patio area, with a lot of privacy. Loved how they texted me and asked if everything was okay or if I needed anything they were a text or phone call away.
Definitely get this property and don’t forget to stop by wet willies for breakfast or dinner. Compared to the other restaurants, it was hands down the best food.

Spent 3 nights with our children, had an amazing time. This house is perfectly located near the beach and a lot of great restaurants and shopping are all within a 5 minute walk. We didnt have to drive anywhere and pay for parking. :) House is practical and seemed well maintained and cared for, and the hosts were very gracious and communicative.
