Clean and comfortable with all the amenities we needed incluing beach chairs and cooler. Kids loved the pool and water slides. We enjoyed sunrises on the beach with the monk seals. Pool was a little loud but quieted down right at 10pm. We loved the proximity to Kapaa.Bonus: the moonrises were better than the sunrises!

Property was super clean, well kept and smelt really good. Perfect views of pool and partial view of Ocean. Host was very friendly and responsive. We look forward to staying here again!
