Very nice cabin. Excellent communication, clear and concise.

This home had the best layout I’ve stayed at so far! Bedrooms were nice and allowed everyone to have their own space, while still inviting everyone together for games upstairs or hanging out downstairs. The back patio is very large and currently no homes are behind this property, so you get to enjoy the view and feel secluded. Plenty of parking through the driveway area. After a cold front rolled through we sat on the back patio and enjoyed the cooler temps. Being a dog friendly property is so nice, because we were able to bring our pups and feel right at home. The “dog friendly signs” inside the home were really appreciated! The location is exceptional, especially if you have little ones that love the rock mining and rescue animal property, it’s the first right after you turn out of the neighborhood. Our group loved the home and we would definitely come back!

Great location, good layout of the house. Great for large families or groups. Lots to do together and apart, inside and out. The dog was comfortable and happy too.

Pre-stay communication with owner was exceptional. The listing is accurate in stating that the cabin is new, and sadly we found a few items that didn’t make the punch list. Overall, a really great space, nice sized rooms, deck and kitchen layouts were awesome. Here’s where it went downhill: we saw 8 roaches, and the AC went out (yes we followed the video instructions the owner provided, to avail. The fans would come on but the outside units wouldn’t turn on, thus no cooling. There’s an architect and real estate investor in our party - so, knowledgeable about how this should work.) The TVs have no streaming options, just DirecTV - that may be inconvenient to some. We reached out to the owner for help with the AC, and made friendly mention of the pest issue - no response. Unfortunately, the last 2 days were uncomfortable.
