About Spring Hill Cottage:
- Fully fitted kitchen with an electric cooker and hob, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, washer-dryer, and a selection of cookware, utensils, and chinaware.
- Living room with double aspect windows and French doors leading to a patio. Furnished with a leather sofa, armchairs, and a desk.
- Stairs lead to the first floor, with a bookcase at the top containing a good selection of books.
First Floor:
- Bedroom one: furnished with a king-sized bed, chest of drawers, desk, wardrobe, and an en-suite bathroom with shower, wash basin, and WC.
- Bedroom two: furnished with two single beds, chest of drawers, hanging space, and an en-suite bathroom with handheld shower, WC, and wash basin.
Outside:
- Large, spacious garden with a seating area.
- Quiet countryside walks nearby and no through traffic.
- Off-road parking for two vehicles.

- WIFI
- Secluded location along a farm track, approximately 1 mile from the main road.

We have stayed in many holiday rentals, all over England, and this must be the best. There is nothing I would suggest that should be changed. It was so well equipped we could have stayed there for months. It was clean and inviting. The beds were comfortable, the bedroom curtains well lined to keep out the early mornig sun. The house is set in large grounds - plenty of space for children to play. And the owners! 11 out of 10 there. So welcoming, so friendly, so helpful. We had car problems and they went ouf of their way to help us. We would deflinitely stay there again and definitely recommend it to others
