Location and Nearby Attractions

Strategically located between Florence (45 min) and Lucca (20 min) and an hour to the Chianti Classico wine region as well as Bolgheri Historic wine site where to find (Sassicaia, Ornellaia, Sapaio etc)

Montecatini Alto is a short 15-minute walk or 8-minute drive. This charming hilltop village is from ancient Roman times, has its own castle, excellent restaurants and bars, and mesmerizing views.

Montecatini Terme is a quick drive downhill. It’s a great place to shop, eat and relax, with boutique shops, excellent dining spots and renowned spas.

While our villa is tucked away in a private, serene setting, it is also conveniently located just 12/14 minutes from major grocery stores and shopping outlets.
