When you arrive at Arboreto Residential Development, you must give an ID and the adress where you going. At the entrance there is a lockbox where you will find the keys to access the property. For security reasons, your code will arrive a few hours before check in and will be deactivated at the time of your check out. We kindly ask you not to share this code with anyone. We have 2 parking spaces reserved for you. Welcome!
Our neighbors are very important to us, so we ask you to be very respectful and reduce noise between 10:00 PM and 9:00 AM. Thank you very much for your support! Additional services: Cleaning fee: $350 MXN Good news! The property has a grill, we recommend bringing a bag of charcoal and utensils. Some staff members live here, so we will be attentive to anything we can do to complement your stay. An additional cleaning fee will be charged for long stay reservations (+8 days) for every additional week
The drive from Guadalajara International Airport to the property is approximately 50 minutes. We suggest you arrive by car. You can take a taxi at the airport, use mobility apps or rent a car from one of the agencies when you land.

The house was great, the location was what we were looking for. Unfortunately the check in process is not well coordinated. The hosts to the home are not available after hours so be cautious if planning to arrive late. The night guards had no idea what to do when we arrived and would not let us in for over an hour. The host was not any help at that time. We ended up getting in after 4 am. Also the home is not equiped with ANY sort of fan or celing fans so be cautious going during the summer months. One of the nights was extremely hot and humid with no fan in sight.
